We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. You may request a return for any unused, undamaged item. No explanation is required.

After 14 days, refunds are not available unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

๐Ÿ–ผ Note: Custom printed posters are made to order. We do not accept returns for personalized items, unless they are damaged or contain printing errors attributable to us.


โœ… 1. General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging and inserts

  • Be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery

  • Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

โš ๏ธ Used, damaged, or personalized items cannot be returned, except in cases of confirmed defect.

You will receive return instructions, including the correct shipping address.

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weโ€™ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or manufacturing defect).


โŒ 4. Returns Not Accepted

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Return request made after 14 days

  • Returned item is used or damaged by the customer

  • Incomplete return (missing parts or packaging)

  • No valid proof of purchase

  • Customized or personalized item (unless defective)

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue

If the defect is confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer either:

  • A free replacement

  • Or a full refund, depending on your preference
