📦 SHIPPING POLICY

📍 Shipping Area

We currently ship throughout the United States only.

🕒 Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).

⏳ Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
We use USPS Tracked Shipping for most deliveries.

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email after placing your order

  • A shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped

🔗 Note: Tracking info may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.


📬 Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

YourDayInHistory™ is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
If your package is held at a USPS location and not picked up within the specified time, it may be returned to us. In that case, reshipping fees may apply.


❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it via our contact page.
After this window, your order may already be in preparation and cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation will only be possible after you return the item (see Return Policy below).


🔄 RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

✅ Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
📩 Returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at contact@yourdayinhistory.com
🚚 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part


💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund (excluding initial shipping fees) to your original payment method within 14 business days.


📍 Return Address

The return address may vary depending on your location and the product type.
We will provide you with the correct return address once your request is approved.
